As the group’s team leader Fran Mantyh is a successful sales associate, who has been recognized with the International Society Sterling Award for her real estate accomplishments. Along with the National Association of Realtors® designations of ABR® and PSA, she is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild. Prior to real estate, Fran was an Associate with Edward D. Stone, Jr and Associates serving as Project Accountant and working on such well-known projects as Paradise Island, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Disney, and EuroDisney. She was awarded the Community Leader Gold Medalist Partner in Education by the Palm Beach County School District for her work with Arts in Education. Fran is a member of the Forum Club, Leadership Palm Beach County Focus 2022 and Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Education Committee and Government Affairs Committee. Having built a vast network of resources with key decision makers in the county, better equips Fran to serve and guide her customers and clients toward making the best decisions when buying and selling their homes.
